Long term stay (minimum three months) - of AWG 1250 per month, is inclusive of Water, Gas, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, towels, linen and housekeeping once a week. Electricity is extra.

Short term stay is also possible - AWG. 1042 (US$595) per week or AWG. 156 (US$89) per night, inclusive of gas, water, electricity, TV, WiFi, linen and housekeeping once a week

The apartment is located within walking distance from Madame Janette restaurant and Aureus University, and a few minutes’ drive from the hospital, Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and down town Oranjestad.
