has anyone stayed in paulines apartments or in any apartment that is new the resort area?

I recommend you try Buffamstropicalhaven. I can't include a link to this post but just add the dot com for the web site or look them up on trip advisor. Good reviews, I agree. Good luck.

I recommend Sunset Beach Studio's. www.aruba-sunsetbeach.com great garden studio apartments at a very good price and in a good location.

the Sunset Beach Studio's is where some friends stayed in March for our wedding and they really liked it. They had one of the rooms out front. they only wished they had a car, it is a little bit of a walk to the high rise and a bus takes awhile to go by..
its north of the mariott about a mile.
