Still trying to find this elusive place
I know no one recommends or likes this place but I have a good reason for locating it. It is called Victoria hotel and is downtown aruba. I have never seen it and heard everything from someone calling it "simple and basic" to a "hooters bar below". It's not for me to judge but I heard it is the only simple basic hotel in ARuba.
Is there anyone who knows how they can be contacted?
I'm just trying to do someone else a favor- some backpackers traveling for a year, not vacationing that want a simple cheap place. I understand when you are traveling that long and as backpackers it's not a resort type of trip.
