What are the existing condos complex available?

Hi,

Just back from Aruba, as usual we had a very nice vacation.
Except this time I'm seriously considering buying a condo.

I own seven weeks of TS in Aruba but that's not enough.....

I've look at Oceania but with price starting at $520k....
Can I find something in the range of 250k to 325k?
If so can someone list the different condo complex available to help me out?

I own at Wacamaya Villas and will be purchasing another condo at Gold Coast. The lofts at GC are in the high 300K's now that the place is almost done.

You seem to have quite a bit of info...What are their plans for beach facilities on Palm Beach if any?

Check out the new condominium project called Acqua adjacent to the Marriott Surf Club. Gated condominium resort with top of the line amenities.
The prices start from higher $200k to $1.8 million for penthouses.
Can't beat the location, everything is on walking distance: malls, cinema's, bowling & restaurants.
They have 2 model rooms open and offer pre-construction prices.
Sales office is located on LG Smith Blvd 99, (adjacent to Marriott Surf Club on the corner if you would go to MoombaBeach).
