Does anyone have feedback or information regarding the Aruba House rental? The house can sleep 14 people. I was just wondering if anyone else has rented there? I guess it is 1 mile from the high rise area. Thanks in advance for your comments

could you post a link to the particular house?

is it the one owned by a man named hugh?

if so, it is a magnificent home........the beach across the road, not so wonderful.
gravelly sand, very shallow water.
i was a guest in the house in 2000 or 2001.
since then, i think there had been a renovation.

yup that is the house.
my aunt and uncle and their friends rented that house in 2001.
i spent some time there with them, but not overnight.

the house is lovely has all the amenities one could hope for.
unfortunately the big complaint that i heard was that the section of beach was not sugary sand......it was kind of gravely and the water was very shallow.

the house is located just beyond the windsurfing area so, if you are a windsurfer this is the ideal place.

i cannot answer or give anymore information than what is on the website.
the website looks very complete.

it IS a great house and a great location.
