Just an update..my dad's health is deteriorating and so we have
significantly reduced the price of our house for a quick sale.
It's a beautiful place that we love dearly but we have
no choice but to move to help my parents out.

It is located in between Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches on the road to the California lighthouse. It is considered one of the best neighborhoods on the island. Just walk across the street and you have access to what is
considered some of the best beaches and snorkeling on the island.

Just a few of the specifics:

It was originally a single family dwelling that we divided in half creating our mother / daughter home. It is a large plot of land for the neighborhood with some views of the sea. It is a private space with only neighbors on the side and the "nature preserve" of Tierra del Sol in the back so there will be no building in back of the house.

Open up the wall between the two apartments and have 1 huge house. Live on one side and rent the other or rent both sides and use it as an investment property. There are endless possibilities.

Indeed you are correct. I had the opportunity to visit Liz and Mick and enjoy their hospitality while In Aruba over Xmas and New Years. The location is phenomenal and the house nice, big and roomy. Someone is going to get lucky when they purchase this house. Not too many like it there.
