It's equipped with 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open kitchen with build in appliances, living room, Big porch (over-roofed), fenced garden and nice luxory shed.

The house is fully furnished and available.
Price will be $1200,- per month.

is this for a long term rental (6 months or longer?) or for vacation rentals?
