    Blue Water Luxury Suites

Hi everyone. I have friends who are going to Aruba for the first time. They booked at Bluewater Luxury Suites through VRBO. Does anyone know anything about this place? Thanks

Looking at the pictures on the website, the word "luxury" might be a bit of a stretch:

Could it have been the Blue Residences? We looked at them when we went to "Kitchen Table" table for dinner. Those are pretty high-end and the location is fantastic for the beach:

Ok, since you are asking for a friend and you are a regular posting I will give you my thoughts on Blue. I had the opportunity to walk by Blue 4 times over my last couple of trips on my daily walk. The smell that I experienced while walking by would prevent me from considering staying there. The smell was very strong and I have almost no sense of smell. It was not just one day, it was every day....

They are not talking about Blue Residences. This place is inland. They were told that it is not too far from Marriott. http://bluewatersuites.com/index.html

It is definitely the first one , and I agree, it certainly doesn't look like luxury. I'm a little concerned. I gave them lots of suggestions but they booked this because it was cheaper. It seems pretty far from the beach, or anything else, for that matter. Just wondering what the area is like.

It's residential for the most part. About a twenty minute walk to the Ritz Carlton (due west).
