Resort...all the way.
Just think of all the fun, people watching, happy hours you would miss if you rented a private home. Half our fun is getting to know the staff at our resort, and catching up with them. We have met so many wonderful timeshare owners that I couldn't possibly think of renting a home, and even if we didn't, I would personanlly think it would be boring....Just my opinion...some I know will think differently...cindyo

I'm curious, if one were to spend 2 weeks in Aruba would the cost(s) be greater/less staying at a hotel or a private home? I've learned that some private home owners are asking $1,400-$1,500 USD per week. These homes include a built in pool.
