intro rental rate for 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home

We are offering an introductory rental rate for our 4 bedroom place in Aruba as we have just prepared it for tourist occupancy. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms indoors (another bathroom outside by the pool), large living room, kitchen, dining area and large covered patio. We have cable TV, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, private in-ground swimming pool and more. Our usual rate will be $1600 a week - our introductory rate is $1400 but if you book your 2010 reservation before December 15 - we will give you an additional $200 off the price of a week. We are anxious to begin booking for 2010. Our original 2 bedroom house in Aruba is also available at the usual $1400 per week rental fee.
