and too, you may find a reasonable rent, but the utilities are HIGH.
water and electricity are very expensive.
i know 2 people who pay over $800 per month in electricity (they have pools and do run their air co too)
lots of full time residents use their air co sparingly........at night and maybe only in the bedrooms.
so, when making rental inquiries, make sure you ask about utility prices.

here in the tampa bay section of florida, we would die without air co.
that being said, electricity here is not as costly......we keep our air co set at 78 during the day and 74 at night.
at least in aruba, one can open the windows and enjoy a breeze!
