Looking for Vacation House Rental for January 2010

I am looking for any reviews that would be helpful in deciding which vacation house rental to book. I am overwhelmed at how many homes are for rent. We will be traveling in January of 2010 for our 7th trip, and would like to rent a house instead of staying in a cramped hotel. Any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What area on the Island?

How many rooms are you going to need?

Any must have amenities?

Do you need to be on the beach?

Hi Carey - We'd like to offer our Aruba Vacation House as an option for your vacation in January. We have been renting our vacation home to tourists for the past seven years. We have many repeat guests returning year after year telling us that our place is like their own home away from home. Our place has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and large kitchen with a lovely outdoor patio, private in-ground swimming pool, outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet access, and a US phone line to make free calls back home while you are there. Our property manager lives right next door so is available whenever you have any questions. If you need more space, we just purchased another place this year there - the new place has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, also with a private pool and other ammenities.

We are looking for a house, 3-4 bedrooms, at least 2 bathrooms, pool, outside living area, close to beaches, just not sure which one. We have always stayed in Eagle Beach, so I need to resarch the other beaches, I know I don't want to stay near Palm Beach, seems to crowded....
