This is just my opinion and I also have a rental property on the island in an area that is 5 minutes from this house, for that price to rent at that location this is a steal. Houses that are smaller and not as good location are renting for 3 to 3500 a month and last year 4k a month. I hope the right people that are making transition or moving to aruba see this because someone will be lucky. good luck
