Wanting to buy a townhome to rent out..need a caretaker?

Hi, we have been to Aruba 3 times in the last 1 1/2 years and we love it there. we are thinking about buying in aruba and renting our place out the times we arent there. Is there any recommendations on someone to watch over and take care of our place when we arent there?? we are limited to funds so we think maybe we will start out with one of the townhomes they are building and then perhaps years down the road we can sell and buy a small home..
