people who post on this board appreciate all andrea does to help us with our questions..all she's doing is letting everyone know that it might take a little while longer for her answers..this way we don't think she is ignoring us..if you don't understand that janice then go find another forum to bother and stay out of this one..for the most part the people in this forum are nice and considerate of each oher and try to help whenever possible..this forum is not for ignorant people such as yourself so bye bye..
