any iphone guru's out there???
OK, bit the bullet and got one a few days ago.
I am ready to drive over it already. My fingers are to big for the keyboard, I can't figure out how to get my email, I need the font bigger cuz I can't see it, and it goes on and on... Someout out there tell me why I should keep it? give me a pep talk pls. I have an appt at the apple store tomorrow am, and if I am not happy its going back. UGH...always something... Daughters prom tonite...wish me luck with 5 couples running around the house taking pictures...if I can figure it out I will post a few ( doubtful though).. cindy

have one of kate or jen's friends sit down with you over the weekend.
at least one of them has to have an iphone! or go to an apple store and sit down with one of their genius folks! but, imo you would be better off with one of the girls' friends as a tutor! (get one that is NOT going to be living AWAY at school in the fall.) Quote:

I was just thinking about you CindyO and RobO this morning. Just wondering if prom time was here. I hope the girls have a great prom, and I hope you enjoy them going as well. I know that when my son went, I cried after he left. I know---it is just a mom thing. LOL
Anyway--good luck with the phone, you sound like me. LOL Pat

Cindy check with Sgroi if anyone knows he probably would. I googled changing the font and there was nothing on the apple site, but there are couple of videos. Might be an app you could download?

You know Rob, I used to feel the same way until I got my iPod. THEN dd got an iTouch and WOW!
 I can only imagine how cool an iPhone would be. Cindy will be fine once she gets used to it.

i hated my imac 12 yrs ago and trashed it!
so many things incompatible. now, i have a macbook pro (from my computer guru) and it is wonderful. mac users love their macs. pc users have to give macs a good try............and the imacs of 10 yrs ago were awful. i love my ipod too, although it is small.........but holds currently 4 audiobooks, and 1000 songs and some photos. once i listen to a book, i remove it from the ipod.
