paul and i both got hit with the flu .
he got nailed on sunday night, me on monday.
    both feel lousy.
headache, bodyachees, feverish on and off, cough and nauseated.
we had been dealing with rotten head colds and sinus infections for a few weeks a month or 2 ago.
    this is way worse.

called doctor and was told "do not come in" (quite sternly) and told to eat, drink lots of water and ibuprofen and frequent showers.
believe it or not the hardest thing to comply with is the frequent showers. omg it takes so much effort and the last thing i want to do is to get wet.
    maybe tomorrow we'll be better.

if any of you own stock in popsicles...thank paul and i for the uptick in the stock price.

Never given the shower advice but makes sense. Cooties!! You could hose each other down while enjoying Popsicles and flat ginger ale.

Thankfully my family or I have been sick with the flu. Especially all poor sick people at the nursing home..
I think I was my hands more than ever, wipe everything down with wipes (before I touch anything.. especially the computers more germs than money)
take my vitamins faithfully.. (airborne especially)
Feel better and yes drink plenty of fluids.. hot showers does clean your sinus..
As for the foreplay.. lol !!!!

Have not been sick this year and do get the flu shot every year. Agree with brady bear about handwashing. Did come back from Aruba with a headache that lasted a week. I never get headaches. Withdrawals maybe?

My husband and I have been very fortunate but two of our grandchildren, one adult and one teenager were at the urgent care this week. Vomiting etc. We always do get the flu shot. I worked in the medical field for over thirty years. I do not get sick too often thank goodness. Good hand washing technique is always a must in the winter. I hope anyone who has had this gets better soon.
