I lost 20lbs in my first 2 weeks and have maintained the loss in my overall 4 week training so far. I have another 8 weeks to go. I am happy going from from 201 to 179 and I expect to put on 3-5lbs over the next few weeks but it will be pure muscle. I am overloading my body with protein right now.

What an incredible workout and diet. I will wait to my April trip to show you b4 and after pics but I am already getting back my washboard abs that I had back in college!

The abs are the hardest part and takes the most work. I have another 2 months of my program so we'll see if I can get there. I finish right in time for Aruba! I have the diet down pat it's just finding time for the workouts that can be hard with the kids running around.
Way to go Mark....I promised myself I would loose weight this year in order to stay healthy and feel better. So far 10 pounds are gone and I already feel better...told Dh I would fit into a Thong by Aruba(November) and he laughed till he cried......HOW RUDE !!!!!
Anyway, can't wait to see the sixpack with a sixpack !!!!
