I wonder if they will be brought back to Aruba to face the charges? We can only hope so.

And what is wrong with their parents - didn't they teach them the difference between right and wrong?!? I know mine sure did! The term "parenting" seems to be a thing of the past these days.....

yup parent's many not have done an adequate job, but many do and the kids still wind up as being screw ups.
my parent's put the fear of god in my brother and me.
some parent's just do not "get it".

i was never afraid to commit a crime/do something bad.... due to getting arrested or something like that...........i was afraid that my parents would "find out" and i would be punished to the end of time and "disappoint them".
therefore, i was the "christchild".

how many of us heard the words coming from our parent's mouths "we are very disappointed in you".

i hope these kids are prosecuted to the full extent that aruba allows and i hope that they are able to be prosecuted as adults.

Naughty naughty girls! They should be forced to pay that back in fines.

Ya know what....To me it would seem if my parents had brought me to Aruba that would be enough, but I guess for some kids it's not.Lets hope they get a well deserved punishment for this. That being said.I don't think that if they had the audacity to do this then a fine is going to stop them from doing it in the future.I don't think that sending them back to Aruba is punishment.I'm also not suggesting hard jail time.I really don't know what the punishment should be for this.

A couple of weeks at Aruba's fenced in facility at the south end of the island should put the fear of God into them.

I wonder how anyone has the cajones to do such a thing? I was raised with both, the fear of letting my parents down/getting punished by them and the consequences of my actions with respect to the law. Unbelievable...

Not to mention a black eye on America. Stolen credit cards being used at a jewelry store and who did it? An American. Nice...

This really ticks me off! What is wrong with people today. Those poor people that had their cards stolen. What if this was their first BIG vacation? think how excited they were to go-THEN you have these punk kids taking all that away from them. I am like you guys, my parents put the fear of God in me! I didn't do anything for fear of letting them down, or them getting REALLY angry! All they had to do with me was that "look" and I knew to stop what I was doing. I am sure you guys saw that too. What in God's name is wrong with these people today. I am like you tangy003, I would have been thrilled to be in Aruba, not even thinking of taking anything from anyone else. Like I said before---this REALLY ticks me off.
I am thankful that I could keep this clean. LOL LOL
