    Cards for Soldiers

Hopefully everyone can take the time to read about this great cause.

They have some important deadlines for mailings come up, so with this you have plenty of time to gather some homemade cards.

"ROUND 8: Cards should be received by September 10, 2012
    Halloween
    Thanksgiving

ROUND 9: Cards should be received by October 8, 2012
Veteran's Day (These cards are not BLANK please write a thank you note to a soldier inside each card)

ROUND 10: Cards should be received by November 10, 2012 (NOTE: due to the timing of holidays, this deadline comes up fairly soon after the previous deadline, so just be aware it might sneak up on you!)
    Christmas
    Hanukkah
    New Years"

I think your cause is very important.

I would like to share with everyone, that even if you are not a scrapbooker...you can help this worthy cause.

A New Button on the Blog!

"If you look over to your right -------> there is now a “Donate” button right here on the blog! For those of you with a paypal account you can donate directly through that button. As you may or may not know Cards for Soldiers is run totally out of my pocket except for the donations I receive. I am not funded by anyone. I don’t have endless amounts of money, I am a regular person. These donations are a huge help to me and will go towards postage and purchases of envelopes when the supply I have runs out or donations of envelopes stop coming in. If you don’t have a Palpal account let me assure you it’s very safe, I’ve had one for years, I use my personal account to shop online all the time which is why I’ve decided to set up a CFS account as well. So please pass the word along, even to those that don’t make cards, ask them if they are willing to donate, look how easy it is, just the click of a button!"
