Cat advise

Sad day, we think our cat had a stroke. The vet is checking her now. She has the I dont know you look, rear paws are curled under, cant stand and other not so nice things. Had some time to kill so thought I would post.
The only thing that made coming home from Aruba easier was knowing she would be at the front door when we got in then ignore us for a while then back to her old self.

Oh Bill, I am so sorry to hear your cat is having a hard time. Thats terrible. I hope that things get better. Keep us posted on the board please...:{

Tweety was her name. 18 years old. They think she had a stroke but ran her threw all the tests. We went back to get an update. I picked her up and she looked miserable, something wrong. I told her to let go patted a couple times. She wanted to get down so I put her on her towel and that was that. All over I thought. DW and I cried a bit then she tried to get up. I picked her up she crawled up gave me what I call a kiss then pulled herself over to DW put her paws on her arm,put her head down a few short breaths and a nasty long one gone. Miss her already. Thanks, I needed to get that out of my system. Such a little animal can take us down.

Again Bill, there are no words to comfort I know. You and your wife kept Tweety warm, loved and sheltered for all these years.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

There are a few of my animals there to greet her.............its so hard for us but i'm sure she had a great life with you.
