i am moving this to off topic as i have no idea what this thread is about.
other than the book was/is about some person named "grey" and his sexual escapades.

It's more than just that Andrea. I never thought I'd have an interest in reading it. A friend told me I had to give it a try. Yes, there are graphic sexual escapades in it, but there is a good story behind it. I couldn't put it down and read all 3 books in about 10 days. I am a fast reader. My son use to say to me - oh, going to read your smut book Mom - ha! I enjoyed it and am looking forward to book #4. I heard the author is contemplating writing from Christian point of view. There is talk of a movie, but I think it would be better as an HBO mini-series - we shall see. Whenever I was at the beach this summer, I saw everyone reading it - some trying to hide it - and who knows how many reading it on their Kindle so now one could tell!!!

This review sums it up nicely.
