    Galatoires New Orleans

My son is taking my husband and I to New Orleans next weekend for my husband's birthday. We will be dining one night at Galatoires. Can anyone advise about ladies dress code? I know the guys need jackets. Thanks.

Moomba Beach, Eagle Beach - just about anywhere I can wiggle my toes in the sand and enjoy an ice cold Bright
I have never been to New Orleans but just Googled "Galatoires" and by the pictures and over all feeling of the website I would say dressy attire. I wouldn't go too formal but better than casual. Does that make any sense? Enjoy your time in New Orleans.

Galatoire's dress code is business casual for lunch.
    No shorts or t-shirts.
Jackets are required for gentlemen starting at
5 p.m. nightly and all day Sunday.

Nawlins' - mmmm - - best food in the world! Arnaud's is one of my faves... and a good Muffalata sandwich cannot be beat!

Walking around all day with a frozen Octane 151... I have to get back down there someday!
