Everyone on the trip went home with some meat. I simply put some steaks on the grill with a little and salt and pepper and grilled just for a few minutes. Then I mixed some wasabi and fresh lemon juice to make a dipping sauce. Delish!

Then of course of gave the rest to Mom & Dad, friends, neighbors, and to one of my fav chefs who owns a restaurant by me. Hopefully next time he will have a little surprise for me when we go.

I have steamed it before and made my own tunafish salad. Nothing like the can that's for sure.

Ah there's the pic of the pool with the flags that Rob was talking about. If we would have lived closer I would have come by your party and cooked everyone fresh tuna steaks!

Glad to know you shared your catch...gave me an idea with the wasabi and lemon juice, will have to try it and get back to you...!!!!
