Sorry to hear about those roses.

Dd and I each had flowers delivered on Friday.
This a.m. I received a beautiful pair of earrings and dd, a sterling necklace.
Dh is then cooking surf and turf tonight. Hopefully tonight's snow will hold off until the "turf" is cooked.
We girls are spoiled.

I too hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Happy Valentine's day to one and all !!!!!
I unfortunely have to leave for work tonight, although I really do not mind that much...Dh and I did not make plans for dinner out...too hectic an crazy...we leave that for the young ones....would rather do like ArubaLisa and do surf and turf on the grill at home.....

Sorry about the Roses Andrea, I'm sure they WERE beautiful...

here are some for those that did not get any....

Our day consisted of church, read the paper and then go out for fried clam plates down at the beach...now that is one of our favorite things to do. Got the girls prom clutch type purses and gave them some cash. DD #1 had the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers ( 18 roses) delivered from her boyfriend...I'm liking this boy more each day...DD#2 celebrated yesterday with boy - friend(??) ice skating and then pizza with friends.. DD#2 tells us very little...cindy..

You have to figure out a way getting DD #1 to fill you in on what is going one with DD #2

She does occasionally...depending on mood.....or whether she's mad at DD#2

BTW.....DD#1 arrived 18 years ago today.....love that girl.....love 'em both.

Happy Valentines day!

I just got in to work, no nice dinner for me and the misses tonight. And to boot, I have to work tomorrow night as well. At least I am getting 2 free days for working tomorrow night. Oh well............

We went to Massachusetts to visit my friends new baby and there were roses waiting at the door for me when we got home!

My husband is very good to me! I am very lucky to have him.

Then we had dinner with some friends. DH is a fireman and usually works on holidays so they are not usually "special" days for us, just another day, but he was off this year so I lucked out!
