Hey Bill did you start P90?

Today was day one, I forgot to take my before pic I should do it this week. Started dieting last week but now it's crunch time, the next 2 weeks will be tough then it gets easier(with the dieting). As I sit here and eat a salad, egg whites and tunafish. Not bad now but by next week it's like swallowing glass. Let me know if you started or when you plan on starting. PM me with any questions, P90X can be overwhelming when you first look at everything, don't go crazy trying to follow the workout at first and same goes for the diet. I just eat healthy and don't even bother following the diet, it's too much. I actually will follow the South Beach diet becasue there is good healthy foods you can eat without getting bored with the same garbage over and over. Pace yourself the first week or 2 then kick it in high gear. Good luck man!

Is anyone else dieting or getting back in to shape after the holidays?

We can use this as a motivational tool to keep everyone on track, we go in our slumps and it's easy to fall of diets and exercising but when you have somebody to cheer you on or pick you up a bit it can re-energize ya and give you that little boost to continue.

South-Beach here for diet! Not only a diet, it is a way to learn to eat healthy.

I lost almost 20 lbs on it last year. But my job got be back into the bad eating habit. So back on it to cut just a few that I put back on. Wish i was motivated enough to get myself to workout!

SB diet is the way to changing your eating habbits to eat healthy, totally agree! I know it's hard to find the motivation sometimes to exercise. Maybe jumb on the treadmill or do a run 2xs a week just a little something to help burn some calories with dieting will make a big difference.

Not yet, cant shake a chest cold. It's making it hard to breath so I dont think it would do me good to start. I say within two weeks.

I'm on the diet bandwagon again. I lost about 70 lbs. already, have some to go. I'm following Weight Watchers, which is a healthy lifestyle type of approach, similar to SB.

For exercise, I'm walking and using the elliptical. I run, but had to stop for a while due to heel pain. The key with exercise is to find something you like - that will keep you motivated and interested.

Good luck to all!

Wow! That's great!! Keep up the good work.

There is no difference with P90 & P90X I just typed it that way.

There is a P90X+ now which is P90X 12 cds plus a new 4 added to it. Overkill!!
