We're waiting here on Cape Cod to see what Earl decides to do!
Did some grocery shopping yesterday, getting gas today, but can't find
D batteries anywhere!!!! Oil lamps are ready!

We are supposed to head down the Cape Friday, not sure thats going to happen hope it blows over(no pun intended).

our son and dil have an event to attend at mass maritime and a sailing event in marion beginning tomorrow...for the entire weekend.

I guess we'll know more tomorrow! We're in North Falmouth, about a 1/2 mile from the water, so no worries about flooding, but man! the trees are thick and heavy! I imagine we'll lose power -- we usually do! Andrea, hope your family is able to have a fun weekend! Nothing is supposed to happen til late Friday night, so at least tomorrow's sailing is still on!

I am only 10 mins from the CT shore...just waiting to see what happens!

The pets and I will most likely be riding this one out alone-my hubby is a fire fighter and it will be all hands on deck for a couple of days I am sure

Went to the dreaded walmart last night and boy, was it a zoo!! You would have thought the world was coming to an end! It was worse than Christmastime!

The storm track projections seem to be moving slowly eastward. Hopefully that is a good sign.
