I am so sick and tired of this snow. It makes getting to Aruba seem like forever. So Mother Nature dumped 32 inches on us this past weekend...you would think she would cut us some slack....but nope..not at all. They say we are expecting another round of snow Tuesday night. At first it was going to be 2-4 inches, then 5-10 inches....now its going up to 6-12 inches... WTH... This is the worse winter that we have had in almost a decade...its making me mad. And to top it off, since I am a mail carrier for USPS, they actually expect us to walk in this mess....grrrr r

Why can't out flight leave for Aruba tomorrow?

Yeah it's been brutal. Tuesday I heard snow and rain mixed but that's by me. Then I heard some more for Saturday. It was nice having snow for the holidays but that was enough.

Welcome to Canada!

BTW, I live in a snow belt and we have almost no snow!! Can see the grass in places. This winter we have had very little snow.

Hey what's another 12 to 18 inches after we just got 30 here in Baltimore. Don't know where they are going to put it. lol

Billy you must not be too far from us. I was just looking at the news...again...where they changed the new estimate to 12-18..urgh..

We really need to invest in a snow blower

I live in Pery hall I got out just because I have four wheel drive actually pretty fun seeing if I could just drive down my driveway through 26 inches of snow but my truck drove right through it

we are just outside of Annapolis...and with a minivan I wouldn't dare try to drive thru that much snow...these are the times that I wish we had a four wheel drive....

here in e. central maine, we are lacking in snow. my god, am i saying that?
we have probably about 2 feet of hardpack snow (aka bullettproof snow) everywhere. the snowmobile trails are down to almost nothing. we have not had a measurable snow event in 20 days. that is very unusual.

the ski areas in the area are hurting and are blowing snow from their guns 24/7.

there was a day or 2 , 2 weeks ago that the daytime temp reached over 32 degrees.
since then, the air temp has not reached above 25 during the day and has not dipped below 0 at night.

the roads, walkways and driveways are down to bare ground.

so for those of you in the mid atlantic states, THANK YOU for taking away our snow.
we owe you.
