i am in prison charles.
i tried to stow away on a flight to aruba and was caught! i was taken to women's prison and it is a scary place. seriously, i am here. but........the warm great weather has arrived here in FLA and i am OUT in the pool a lot AND have an injury to my SACROLIAC joint due to overuse in water aerobics, so have been icing, heating and visiting the chiropractor. i am here.........

thanks pierre
it's my own damn fault. i have been trying to squeeze in extra things in water aerobics and the right side sacro joint is BAD. i should know better. as a result i have pain and then have to go to the chiropractor and then sit on ice and heat for weeks.

moved this to off topic since it is not even close to be aruba topic.
thanks for the well wishes. this is about the 10th time i have gone thru this with the sacroliac joint. it all started about 20 yrs ago when i added kicking with "zoomers" on to help my flutter and butterly kick. then over the years the wear and tear of jogging, running and twisting doing water aerobics have taken its toll.

Speedy recovery
I live with a prosthetic hip, knee, Partial shin bone and foot damage all to the left side. I hear your pain.
