Sitting on the heating pad today after lifting a full 35 lb. bucket of kitty litter yesterday .

sorry to hear of your lifting cat litter pain
although heat feels better, ICE does the most good for at least 72 hrs after the incident.

haven't heard much from you in last few days
aside for kitty litter pain how are you?

and how was the road trip cindyo?

Road trip starts tomorrow at noon. Niagra Falls then Toronto for the Saturday Red Sox game. Think you'll miss us?...(that is, unless we log on from north of the border).

LOL, read it quick and thought you wrote , "from the north pole".

Now THAT would be a trip for sure!!! Have dog sled will travel?

Have a great trip and don't get too close to the railing at the falls and make sure you wear your rain slicker.

Wore the free hand-out ponchos on "Maid of the Mist" (boat ride under Niagara Falls). CindyO was very brave and did the ride...I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone wants to do it again.

....well...off to Toronto.

I can still feel the nausea from my one and only Maid of the Mist voyage.OMG was it a nightmare.Go Sox........enjoy the game up there in the Northlands.Truly missing you here.WIll email you to tell you why.Andrea
