I'm thinking of this too, how well does it work? I noticed arubamark last january lost 20lbs in a couple weeks but I didn't see any updates after that (that I noticed at least).
I quit smoking almost 2 years ago and I'm thinking of joinng a gym, but I've seen this on tv and curious how well it works??
Gents........Sick workout! I start again in a couple of weeks I will post before and after picks. I went from my 36 jeans back to my 33/34 and they were loose. Eat 5 small meals a day, low carbs, low sugar and HIGH protein. I also do BSN NO-Explode before workouts, CellMass after with 2 protein shakes per day. I gained 5-10 after the holidays and I am looking forward to starting again soon. All you need is dumbbells or resistant straps and a pull up bar that you can get for 20 bucks that fits in a door frame. Believe me, follow the workout and you will see results. I modified my p90x workout. I do disks 1.3 & 5 and run the in between days. I loose some weight and get in shape. You might not loose as much as you want but it shreads fat and you increase muscle mass. Like I said I will do before and after. You wanna start together? I'm game!!!!!! BRING IT!!!!!!!

So Mark that means under NO circumstances are you allowed to wear a speedo....even if you were built like Atlas.....and you know HE AIN'T FROM THE USA..!!!! LOL...!!!
