Another family favorite...
I do not "do" anchovies, but I do eat them in Caesar Salad when they are pulverized and I cannot see them.

A great recipe for Swedish pancakes:

They are intended to be made into these silver-dollar sized pancakes, but they can also be made into regular sized pancakes.

3 tbs sugar + 3 eggs blended together
+2 cups milk + 2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
vanilla and cinnamon to taste
Use whisk until lumps disappear, then fry on your handy Swedish cast-iron griddle!

i am not a cook.
not by any stretch of the imagination.
but, i am an eater.

one of the women in my water aerobic group was talking about roasting vegetables.
i thought, roasting vegetables?!?! i steam my veggies.

well, i took her advice and in my roasting pan at 425 for 35 minutes i placed the following RAW veggies
baby carrots
sliced zucchini
broccoli florets
fat asparagus
chunks of onions
chunks of sweet potato

sprayed the bottom of the pan with pam.
laid the raw veggies in pan and drizzled with olive oil and lightly use garlic powder and fresh ground pepper.
roast 35 minutes at 425.

you will never steam a veggie again

Spray the grill with the Pam. Just be careful

Dh says if you want to do it regularly, invest in a grill basket.
