Drink Recipe

Was just in Aruba beautiful place great time. Had a drink call Costa Caribe searched on net for recipe not listed? Contain Blue Curacao, Coconut creme, Green melon juice? Is there an actual recipe to follow??

German Potato Salad

This recipe is from 1957 so not heart healthy but oh so delicious. Dh made it tonight to go with burgers...can summer be far behind when the forecast is 85 degrees on Friday?

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Malibu
1/4 oz. 151 Rum
1/4 oz. Kahlua
1/4 oz. Pisang Ambon
A dash of green grenadine
3 oz. Pineapple juice
Directions:

Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Serve in a 21 oz. glass filled with ice.

OMG! thank you! I was looking for somthing different and found this master piece. Brought it to my company cook out (actually cook in ) Monday and it was a big hit. Going to do it again this weekend

I am so happy that you enjoyed it Bill. We have found it easy to "rewarm" by placing in the microwave for a short period of time, only long enough to take out the "chill".

OK, worst idea to bring this to a family BBQ. Cant tell you how many times I had to tell the recipe. Thanks again. I can feel my arteries starting to loosen up

Just tried this out on the way to the Buffett show in Philly last month, I'll be doing this more often.
1 pound of shrimp, peeled
1 bottle of lime juice
1 package of organic shredded coconut

Put the shrimp in a plastic container, dump in the lime juice, add a few handfuls of coconut. Shake at regular intervals, for more intense flavor leave overnight. Put the shrimp on skewers and onto the grill over low-medium heat. Enjoy with Balashi, Landshark or Corona.
