it is a goya product ADOBO

we like the one with the Blue cap (no pepper)
we use it sparingly on meats and fish on the grill
good on grilled veggies

my famous mashed potatoes has 1/4 tsp in it.

bill

for salmon or swordfish or a firm dense fish, not like haddock or grouper or cod

brush with virgin olive oil
sprinkle adobo lightly on each side sparingly (maybe 1/4 tsp each filet)
squeeze a little lemon on each
grill
(i use the george forman grill, not the outdoor grill )

or
use chicken breasts and skip the lemon

Sounds perfect for a hangover! Whenevr you are hungover eat something like this or something greasy like a burger or pork sandwich and you will feel a 100% better.

I like more like 6+ hours of simmering for a thick sauce which breaks down the whole tomatoes.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Coconut Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Rum
1/4 oz. Coecoei

Directions:

Mix together Rum, Blue Curacao, Pineapple Juice and Coconut Cream. Pour in a blender's glass half of this amount and add Creme de Banana, mix and fill the other half of the mixture and mix again. Pour the Coecoei on top. You can use Red Grenadine as a Coecoei substitute.
