So glad that you moved up the date so that your eye may heal. Denny really thought the cabin pressure would not be good for your situation. Kudos to the warm human being at AA. Now you are going week 50 correct? That is good news, because some of our friends will be down there and you will get to meet them. We met them on Renaissance Island!

Thanks to all....

Really at peace with the outcome...having enough stress with the eye, never mind stressing over what should be an enjoyable vacation.

Already planning....going to stay at Renaissance using a timeshare week Dec 11-18. Will consider trying something on Eagle or Palm Beach (where we have never stayed) for the last two nights.....Dec 19-20.

Another Dr visit today....all in all doing quite well. The eye will be very functional....a far cry from a week ago.

Great news. Relax as best you can and follow the doc's orders. That way you can really enjoy your time in Aruba.

I'm a LONG time "lurker" on this board and I couldn't pass up the chance to say how happy I am that Rob is improving and he and Cindy O now have "Aruba in December" to look forward to. What a big 'stresser' off the mind, now you can both concentrate on Rob healing and have a great Aruba in December trip to look forward to too!!.

Lisa..it was booked solid...oh well, hoping just to say hi to you, not a long visit or anything...just to finally give ya a hug. I know you will have all your extended family there with your grandmother so we don't want to intrude or anything, just a big HI !!!!
