Continued thanks to all. Progressing very slowly, so it is frustrating. I need to be a patient patient.

Long term prognosis continues to be promising....I just need to get there.

Nope, no violin, viola, clarinet etc...and that also includes baseball, softball, skiing, and whatever I deem necessary....
