Yay, a celebrity in our midst!! LOL

Really hope someone scans and posts so we can all read. Like someone else said, the last bit of paradise delivered to my email box was 2/11.

What a nice article! Andrea, do you think you would ever want to move to Aruba? Oh what a life that would be. Do you think you would ever get tired of paradise? I sure don't think I would. We have only been there 5 or 6 times, and everytime we leave--we can't wait until our next visit. Thank you for all your help here in the forum

I can tell you that after living here for 5 years I have no regrets.
It is a great place to live. If it were up to me, I would never
leave here. But because of family problems, I have to go
back to the US. I can say that I am not looking forward to it
    at all!

It is so hard to explain. But the island still has that 'small town'
feeling from the past. You walk into an office or anywhere
and say 'good day' and everyone else wishes you the same.
People here are so kind and welcoming. I have no fear
when going anywhere. You can still look people in the
eye and smile at them, and they'll smile back.

i know it is a bittersweet situation for Liz having to move back to the usa.
alas, our parents get old and need our care and we do what we have to do.

would i live on island if i could. you betcha.
ideally, we would like to be in florida from october - december; january - may in aruba; june - september in new england.
anyone have a million $$ to help my dream come true?
    ;-)
