[QIt's understandable given the amount of undeserved abuse they get on a daily basis.[/QUOTE]

Abuse is putting it mildly IMO! Seen it many a time. Anyone behind that desk should get combat pay. One time the guy in front of us was flagged to have his suitcase searched. He threw a pissy fit. The girl politely asked him which bag he wanted searched, he threw his carry on on top of the counter and said this one. He lost, she had them all checked. Our turn so I look at the girl and say "Ill say it for you, JACKASS". She smiled and went on with her business. We got flagged also, I smiled and said fine you pick the bag. She picked the smallest. Great site going through the check point. The Jackasses suit cases had been emptied completely and gone through. He had to repack. Mine were gently searched. Put a big smile on my face.

There was a piece on the news last night about this -- they took a $32 fare, and with all the add-on fees, the total fare was $165!!!

$165 is pretty cheap when you're talking about flying somewhere.
