i have been in communications with the ATA and Concept Farm.
they are discussing the situation with the Survey and gift certificate dates.

please do not lose faith in the ATA.

I didn't get the survey, but if anyone would like to donate their GCs, I'll be there from Sept. 19th till Oct 3rd with a group of big eaters...

I completed the survey with no certificat yet, but as othes stated, the dates don't work for me either. Our next trip is May 2014. We go twice a year and was hoping this certificate would have been for a year period? I hope they make a change.

...Or, due to frequency of your trips they consider you a native islander??

Disappointing, I completed the survey on the 27th and no further communication from the ATA. Survey did not even ask when I usually travel to Aruba. That GC would be nice to use in January but I don't think that will happen.

Congrats you are the only one who's heard! Lol, i trust ATA will figure this thing out and make it right, if not shame on them.

I am a little sketched out to give someone all that info...

I just received an apology email from ATA. It said the usage dates of the dining coupon were "inadvertantly left out of the survey email." Sure. They also changed the usage dates. You can now get one that is good to the end of the year or one that is good from Jan 1 2014 to Sept 2014. Problem is you have to send them an email by Nov 30 with your resort info. If your like me, you dont usually plan your vacation until the first of the year. So I still cant get it.

Sorry that you will not be able to use yours bob. But, on the "flip side" they admitted to the error on the survey and are giving folks a much more suitable option.

The ATA is very reputable and after all is very much responsible for the good tourist experience that most of us get when we visit aruba or just log on.
