I made it thru most of the day today without hydrocodone or flexeril!! I am moving around a little bit better and I getting a bit better each day. Today only ICE and Ibuprofen.

i really hated taking that stuff . if it worked well, then i would have taken it no complaints.. but it barely took the edge off the pain and the side effects were bothersome.
