when the flight crew ask folks to not be up and about, injury from rough air is the main reason.

BOSTON -- Officials at Logan Airport said more than a dozen people were injured after two flights landing there experienced heavy turbulence.
A Lufthansa flight from Charlotte, N.C. to Munich was diverted to Boston late Sunday after reporting turbulence problems. It turned out they had flown through the remnants of Hurricane Ophelia, officials said.
Flight 429, which had 245 passengers and 18 crew members on board, was scheduled to arrive at about 11:45 p.m. and it was greeted by ambulances and emergency crews with stretchers.
"I saw the plane go down, down, down and I said, 'Oh my God, oh my God," one passenger said.

Officials said there were 130 passengers and five crew members on Jet Blue Flight 852 when the problem occurred in the air.
"I had the coffee jump everywhere. We started screaming. Oh my God, so scary," said another female passenger.
Six of the injured people experienced head, back or neck injuries. One person suffered burns from coffee.
"I thought, 'Oh my God, this could be it.' But it didn't last that long. It was quite a surprise," said another female passenger.
They said the pilots kept them posted on what was happening and assured them that the problems were not caused by equipment malfunctions on the plane.
