    Our household is down 116lbs. Me, 37 and counting. Its a game now!
    Gotta love Lands End for exchanging barhing suits.. Teheee!
    Anyway, we are quite healthy now.

    These days, how many daily servings of fruit per day for women or is it points only?

    most fruit is 0 points
    the key though is some of it is high in sugar...
    we have been overdosing on watermelon which is not good.

    paul and i have rejoined and today is day 2.

    OMG - have to get back on the wagon!! On vacation last week (just stayed local) but ate myself silly. Went to the gym last night and thought I would die! It's so hard. I love to eat and hate to exercise...oh well - the battle continues!

    Fruits/Veggies combined are 0, but you are suppost to eat 5 & 4 serving
    Non-fat dairy 3 servings
    Healthy oils 2 servings
    Liquids 6 servings

    Down 45 lbs here.............keeping focused is the toughest !!!!

    cindy.....fruits and veggies are 4 and 5 points?i was told most are 0, my book says the same
