That was close to my plan too. I was going to cut back on what I ate and drank and walk from the Divi to the end of Eagle Beach and back every day....ummmm, didn't happen and I gained 7 lbs in 9 days. Have lost 5 of it but it's tough - but oh so worth it!!!! Heck, I vacation once a year - I think I deserve a splurge!!

Since breakfast is my favorite meal, I had basically whatI wanted, then a salad or appetizer portion for lunch followed by a light dinner. If I had drinks in the afternoon, I skipped the wine at dinner, and if I wanted a dessert I would get DH to order one and just have a few bites. Can't say it worked everyday, though. When I was at LG Smiths, I had to have the dutch apple pie with vanilla ice cream, which was so worth it!!!

I've fallen off the wagon so many times I've become the wagon! Back on it this week, and doing great so far. I can do well during the week, but once the weekend comes, I have no self-control. I think the lack of the weekly routine has something to do with it, but haven't figured out a way to conquer that.

I agree with Andrea it is a struggle. It's tough to be a food addict - can't get away from my addiction! Someone recently suggested OA to supplement WW. Anybody here have any experience with OA?

Well 22 down and hope that when I am in Aruba next week I won't do to much damage! Will see what happens, plan to walk a lot, try eating light breakfast and lunch and then a real dinner. I'm not a dessert eater which is good but love to have my Balashi .

Hi Everyone - I was glad to stumble across this thread. I just joined WW 10 days ago. I am having trouble getting all my points in too. It was nice to hear I was not alone. I am eating a lot of fruits and vegetables - which I love so that is great. I really was not a big eater but a guess things like an egg roll were not good choices. I was down 4.9 pounds my first week and am hoping to lose a total of 27-30 pounds.

So glad to find this thread. I have been doing WW off and on for a about a year, my office did a 12 week WW group but didn't have enough interest to keep it giong. i've been trying to do the online version, but I think I do better having someone to be accountable too. And as our former meeting leader says...if you sort of do it, it only sort of works. I have lots to lose and am starting to have lots of knee and back pain due to weight. I have decided that starting Monday - it's WW all the way. I know I can do it, even though my DH is an enabler who loves sweets and anything with melted cheese and carbs and of course he has no issues because he is on his feet moving around 10 hours a day at work, while my big butt is sitting in a chair for that amount of time.

I have about 7 weeks till our mini vacay - which we still haven't decided on or booked. I would love to be down 15-20lbs by then, so that's my goal. Looking foward to your posts and a little motivation!
Not sure when, but we will be back
