Our family washes our hands frequently. Dd wouldn't mind sharing it is one of her obsessions.

She also carries a bottle of Purell hand sanitizer (unable to find the link to a study done by our local TV station of about 10+ brands) in her lunch box to school in case she is unable to clean up before lunch.

SOmeone said wash your hands as long as it takes you to sing Yankee Doddle Dandy, but I don't know all the words..lol, cindy

Praying you won't get it probably won't help.

My preferred option is sterilization via the application of alcohol. That way, even if I get it, it really doesn't bother me.

Handwashing, hand washing, handwashing. Avoid touching railings, door knobs etc. Coughing into your sleeve not your hands. Getting the H1N1 shot as soon as your able. I got mine because I work in healthcre but it is not yet available for my kids

Very upsetting as it seems to be spreading very quickly and more than 50 children died last week from H1N1. It is pretty scary.

I was worried about going to Aruba this coming week, so called doctor and there office won't have it till November...so I guess we just take our chances....
I think we have all already got some kind of flu bug, so I think I am good there...
still will wash everything in site when we get to Aruba and while traveling to and fro....
