Tonight is opening night for grand son's baseball game and I am the first one to bring snacks.....
Since the boys have to be on the field at 4:30 and game don't start till 5:30 I am making 20 ham & turkey sandwiches.. (will make extra for any little kiddos with the boys) chips, cookies and drinks.
Will pack in lunch bags so easy to pass out.
Hopefully me doing this maybe the other parents/grandparents do the same since the kids games don't end till 7:30.

Any suggestions if this is a good idea or not too good.

Doing my corned beef and cabbage (baby red potato's baby carrots) tomorrow. Will get up extra early have two crock pots going (bringing a few plates to my Irish nursing home customers)
Even cooking it in Guinness beer. Got to have that good ole taste of Irish for them.. lol
soda bread and no fennel seeds... yucky.
Dessert will be a cake from Publix's...
can't over do myself (soft ball game tomorrow night for grand daughter... yup 4:30) yes, I will do the same snacks for the girls.
Thank goodness only have to do it one time.

Today it's chicken in the crock pot with the bottle of marinade I found in the cupboard and mashed potatoes.

Tomorrow, I will find someplace that I can get a corned beef dinner to go. DH is part Irish (the stubborn part) and he is the only one that likes corned beef.

Made shepards pie for hubby tonight. I also made broccoli cheddar soup which I had. I am very irish and believe it or not do not like any irish food but I love my beer, does that count Going to Foxwoods tomorrow they are having tons of irish food which I will treat DH to, I will probably just grab a slice of pizza. hopefully I will at least have some irish luck on slots

Doing home made beef stew with rolls and cup cakes for dessert

Want to try out my new electric pressure cooker (had to have it for Christmas)
Never used one before. Has anyone used them.
Would like to try making pull pork (takes 12 hours in the crock pot) and with the pressure cooker only
    90 minutes...
    Would love some tips..
