We used the pressure cooker mainly to cook meats. Never tried Mac/Cheese, but I can see how it would come out pasty.

Tonight's dinner is yet to be determined. Not much in fridge, not much in freezer (chicken nuggets).

Brady bear, I've been trying to get my friend/dentist to offer manicures while we're in the chairs.

Used the new pressure cooker.. it is an elite platinum one... omg the pull pork came out awesome
Had to cook it for 3 hours.. (usually take 16-18 hours in the crock pot)
was a 7 lb butt pork. Even my husband who is not fond of pulled pork liked it.
Made up some homemade bbq sauce adding orange blossom honey, brown sugar and other dry rubs.
Enough for left overs for them...
Me my usual tonight (my double shift every Friday) cereal (special K) with almond breeze vanilla milk..yummy

I'm so jealous of your grouper! We can get it fresh at Wegmans grocery store but it's so expensive, we haven't.
For dinner, we had "Uncle Greg's" chicken on the grill. My uncle got us hooked on this marinade mix he uses with some add-ins. It's sort of a mesquite flavor. I'm so glad grilling season is here! We had black beans with lime as the side.
Not sure when, but we will be back
