Yesterday I was reminded about another thing I hate about Winter -- trying to push a full grocery cart through the snowy parking lot to the car!

Only a half inch of ice,as I type I hear the plows trying to get it off the roads. The kids in my town will be going to school until July if this keeps up.

i hear ya!! those ruts and the ice and the clumps of snow are a pain.
but one of the GOOD things about winter time grocery shopping is that once you are done, you do not have to hurry home!
because it is so cold out your groceries can stay cold in the car!

Our favorite place on the island, is the great beach at the Boca Grandi. The water is the best, and its very quiet.

No Comment on the weather. Just sitting here dreaming about 48 days from now in Paradise. (Aruba)

We haven't had so much frigid weather in years -- there is so much ice from the melting snow and freezing rain. Our driveway is like an ice rink -- no fun trying to get to the car (and the doors are usually frozen shut! Ugh!

See, I knew we were soul sisters! Wish ours wasn't black tho! I'm awaiting the day when I get pulled over and get told to remove the plate!
