in maine we did get pulled over and told to put the maine plate back on.
the police officer had never been to aruba......if he had been he would not have made me remove the V plate.

I still have one of the "old" single plates -- don't need a front one! MA is trying to get them all replaced, but so far, mine is still holding up! So, if I get stopped, I'll just make sure it's a cop who's been to Aruba!

Sick of our New England weather, but have been talking to our cousins/good friends in Australia (the ones we travel with every spring!) -- what a mess there! First the horrible rains and flooding (they live in Brisbane), then the huge cat 5 cyclone that was heading directly toward their son in Cairns but swerved a bit south. So, around the globe we're all having some extreme weather!

it has been 2 weeks of solid sun and not a drop of rain in those 2 weeks.

91 and sunny here just west of Toronto . . . oh, wait a minute . . . dang, I had the thermometer upside down . . . make that 16 and sunny . . . I was wondering why I had the shivers and goose bumps on my legs when I went outside with my shorts on . . . doh!
