Thanks Brenda. The worst of it held off until we got home and believe me I would much rather be sick at home than in Vegas!!

Hope you get to feeling better soon. Sorry you had to get sick while on vacation. Glad to know all is well. We gave up our trips to Vegas when we started going to Aruba. I do miss it some times. Get some good rest and some nutritious good.

    Good point!!!

Our flight was an hour late departing, had no WiFi or hot water, so no tea or coffee. Not the Jetblue I know and love! I’m sure the people around me didn’t appreciate my coughing most of the flight either. Can’t imagine actually getting sick on the plane. I did get a little nauseous though when they circled Boston for a half hour and didn’t say anything and Tom says to me “I think something is wrong”! For crying out loud, I thought the same thing but don’t verbalize it!!!

    Glad you are feeling better..
Being an ex smoker I can not stand the smell... wish they would have just non smoking sections.

I think a nonsmoking section is probably too much to hope for. Some of the hotels though could do a much better job of filtering the air. When you walk in the Wynn there’s not a whiff of smoke and even the Palazzo had it pretty much contained.

I know I should not be laughing but can't help myself, I know Tom hates to fly and can just picture him. I had that experience one time when I first flew and was wondering why the pilot was not telling us anything, Ray says "I think he was a little busy" as he was almost on the ground and had to get back in the air fast (too much traffic to land).....

Since Ray stopped smoking (Yay!!!) I notice the smell of cigarettes on everybody has enhanced so much, I have the most sensitive nose in the world as it is, not sure how I put up with it for so long (guess that is love) it is amazing how some casinos do such a great job with filtering it and others not so much.

They have "non-smoking" sections at one of the casinos in CT that I frequent. One non-smoking section is in the middle of a smoking section. A lot of good that does! Another non-smoking section is kind of a separate room. I was in there, and some guy walked in puffing away. A security guard was standing right there and did nothing. I went up to the smoker and politely pointed out he was in the non-smoking section. If looks could kill, I wouldn't be sitting here typing this response!
