    Not in Aruba...but one of my local restaurants has a FANTASTIC bananas foster cheesecake - YUM! It has become a favorite of my hubs and I. Sad to hear that not many restaurants offer it in Aruba, but luckily we can get it back home.

    I was in NOLA last weekend and had Bananas Foster...among many other delicious foods. Yum.

    we are really off topic here with banana foster everywhere BUT aruba....
    so i moves this into off topic category.

    I believe when I had bananas fosters in Vegas, the chef used grand mariner. Delish. I should set up a dessert/daiquiri/drink stand while in Aruba and add that to the menu. Thanks Andrea, now I'm craving bananas foster.

    Our friends had it at the Sunset Grille a few years ago. I don't know if they still serve it.
